Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a minimum of one-year previous retail experience and Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must pass background check, which will include Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, store employees, customers and donors.

Responsibilities

• Takes an active role with the Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Assumes responsibility for all day-to-day store operations in the absence of the Store/Assistant Manager.
• Monitors key performance indicators to drive store sales and profitability.
• Schedules staff to ensure appropriate coverage and leads daily meetings.
• Ensures high levels of Customer and Donor satisfaction and maintains community relations.
• Supports Back Room Processing and security of store assets.
