Job summary

The Salvation Army Fountain Valley Store is seeking a Sales Lead to support the Store Manager in daily operations, merchandising, donations, and POS tasks. This part-time, on-site role focuses on delivering a positive donor and customer experience while upholding ARC standards.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling, monitoring KPIs, and safeguarding cash and inventory. The role offers opportunities for growth and benefits through the ARC program.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of retail experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must pass background check, including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, staff, customers and donors.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily store operations and POS tasks.
• Schedule staff and coordinate morning and shift changes.
• Monitor KPIs to drive sales and profitability.
• Ensure customer and donor satisfaction with service and community relations.
• Maintain safety, cash handling and security protocols.
