Job summary

The Salvation Army ARC Family Store in Las Vegas is seeking a Lead Sales professional to provide customers with the best selection and exceptional service while supporting daily store operations. This part-time role offers 25 hours per week at $14/hr, with duties ranging from opening/closing procedures to inventory and donation processing, and to mentor store staff.

You will work with the Store Manager to meet sales budgets, analyze KPIs, schedule shifts, and ensure customer and donor

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must have a minimum of one-year previous retail experience and Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must pass background check, which will include Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, store employees, customers and donor.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales provides customers with best selection, exceptional service and well-organized stores.
• Work with Store Manager in daily store operations including opening/closing, POS, inventory and donations.
• Assists Store Manager to monitor KPIs to drive sales and profitability as budgets and goals are set.
• Schedule store employees and conduct daily meetings; coach and develop staff.
• Ensure high levels of customer and donor satisfaction and maintain ARC policy compliance.
• Support Back Room Processing and protection of store currency, inventory, and property.
• Ensure building security and safety measures are established and maintained.
