Job summary

The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Centers (ARC) Henderson store is seeking a part-time Lead Sales role to support retail operations and deliver exceptional customer and donor service. You will partner with the Store Manager on opening/closing, POS, inventory, and ARC merchandising standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, coaching, KPI analysis, back room processing, and safeguarding cash and inventory while ensuring safety and compliance with ARC policy and regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of retail experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must pass a background check, including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry.
• Effective communication with management, store employees, customers and donors.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager in daily store operations, including opening/closing and POS.
• Monitor KPIs to drive sales and profitability per budget and goals.
• Schedule staff coverage and lead daily meetings, coaching and training.
• Ensure customer and donor satisfaction and maintain community relations.
• Secure cash handling, inventory, and back room processing; report safety issues.
• Complete tasks assigned by District Sales Manager and Command Directors.
