Job summary

The Salvation Army ARC Anaheim is seeking a dedicated Sales Lead for the Fountain Valley store to support daily operations, assist the Store Manager, and promote a positive donor and customer experience.

This role requires a High School diploma and at least one year of retail experience; supervisory experience is preferred. Part-time, on-site position offering collaborative teamwork and employee perks.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of one-year retail experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must pass background check, including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role and partner with Store Manager in daily store operations (opening/closing, POS, inventory, merchandising, donations).
• Supervise day-to-day operations and cash handling in absence of Manager.
• Monitor KPIs to drive store sales and profitability per budget and goals.
• Schedule staff to ensure coverage; provide coaching and development to employees.
• Ensure high levels of customer and donor satisfaction and maintain community relations.
