Job summary

• Minimum one year of retail experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, staff, customers and donors.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily operations and POS duties.
• Schedule staff and ensure proper coverage during shifts.
• Drive store sales and meet budget expectations while controlling expenses.
• Provide mentoring to Beneficiaries and support ARC program staff.
• Ensure customer and donor satisfaction through excellent service.
