Qualifications

• 1+ years retail or customer-facing experience or 1+ years leadership or 1+ years Amazon experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers using engagement strategies and model desired behavior.
• Use inventory systems to scan, process, and count product.
• Provide peer-to-peer feedback and assist peers with customer issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience and operations.
• Identify barriers and trends and support leadership in building site culture.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on site.
