Dollar Tree in Swedesboro, NJ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with day-to-day activities, help customers, organize merchandise, and support the Store Manager in training and supervising associates.

The role requires strong communication and customer service skills, the ability to lift up to 55 lbs, and a collaborative, high-energy team mindset. Part-time position with benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsabilités

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Help customers with questions and maintain a positive, approachable demeanor.
• Organize and stock merchandise, including transfers from delivery to floor.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and adhere to corporate directives.
• Maintain store fixtures, displays, and promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering, record-keeping, payroll scheduling, and loss prevention.
• Keep store areas clean, stocked, and presentable; secure assets.
