Dollar Tree in Paulsboro, NJ is seeking a part-time Store Associate to support daily store operations, assist customers, and help maintain organized merchandise and clean, welcoming sales floors.

You will participate in opening/closing procedures, implement corporate directives, and contribute to loss prevention and accurate record keeping while delivering friendly service to customers and coworkers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain directives is required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, kneeling, and bending.

Responsabilités

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize, and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process all directives including Pull and Hold/Destroy, Task Compliance, and information requests.
