Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily store activities, train associates, and ensure merchandise is well-presented and stocked.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in store management in retail, grocery, or drug store.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns
• Move merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Process corporate directives related to store activities
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, record keeping (payroll, scheduling, cash deposits/receipts), and loss prevention
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash
• Adhere to policies and safety guidelines and ensure compliance
• Help Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates
• Maintain a positive, safe, respectful environment
• Keep store clean, bathrooms stocked, floors clean, and areas neat
• Other duties as assigned
