• Solid Product Knowledge skills to confidently represent the brand, educate customers, and support styling and purchase decisions.
• Previous experience in a retail or hospitality supervisory or keyholder role is beneficial.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple priorities, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, inclusivity, and community engagement; passion for fashion, accessories, and the Kendra Scott brand.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional training in retail, customer service, or leadership is a plus.
