BoxLunch is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 in Milpitas, CA to support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting and developing a strong team, and delivering great customer experiences. You will balance operations, delegation, and customer-first selling while promoting new products and promotions, including BOPIS and curbside options.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
• Experience leading teams to success and recruiting, development.
• Strong communication, operations, payroll, reporting, and scheduling skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Comfortable with fast-changing retail environment and physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to hit sales plans and comp goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team.
• Promote products and promotions, use social media, and offer BOPIS/curbside pickup.
• Provide leadership for an operational, customer-first store.
• Monitor shrink, payroll hours, and associate schedules.
• Communicate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and feedback.
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy.
• Merchandise the store with planograms and timely promos.
