Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
• Strong communication, leadership and recruiting skills.
• Able to manage payroll, scheduling and merchandising.
• Age 18+ with high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales plan and store goals.
• Help recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team.
• Promote products and drive customer engagement via promotions.
• Lead operations with balance of delegation and customer-first selling.
• Monitor shrink, payroll hours, and associate schedules.
• Collaborate with leadership and HQ on trends and feedback.
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy.
• Merchandise the store according to planograms and launch promos.
• Develop a team of high-performing, customer-focused associates.
