Job summary

BoxLunch is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to help lead a civically minded, pop culture driven brand. You’ll support the Store Manager in sales, recruiting, and development, bringing leadership and customer-focused selling to the team.

Engage with customers, promote products, and manage operations while building relationships and driving store performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
• Strong communication and team development skills.
• Comfortable with promoting products and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to achieve sales plan and comp goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team.
• Promote new products and engage customers via social channels and promotions like BOPIS.
• Provide leadership for operating a sound business with proper delegation.
• Monitor shrink, payroll hours, and associate schedules.
• Communicate trends and feedback with retail leadership and HQ.
• Run sales reports and leverage data to hit targets.
• Merchandise the store using planograms and publish promos on time.
• Develop high-performing, customer-focused associates.
