BoxLunch is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 in Los Angeles to support the Store Manager in achieving sales plans and building a strong, engaged team. You’ll drive customer engagement through promotions and events, and ensure the store operates smoothly with a focus on people and process.

In this role you’ll mentor associates, manage scheduling and payroll, and collaborate with retail leadership to translate feedback into action.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
• Strong communication, recruiting, and operations skills.
• Ability to develop and lead a high-performing team.

Responsabilités

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team.
• Promote products and engage customers through promotions, social media, BOPIS, curbside.
• Lead an operationally sound store with balanced ops and selling.
• Monitor shrink, payroll hours, and associate schedules.
• Communicate trends and feedback with leadership and HQ.
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy.
• Merchandise per planograms and launch promos on time.
• Develop a high-performing, customer-focused team.
