BoxLunch is a pop culture–driven retailer committed to eliminating hunger by donating meals with every purchase. We are seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and development.

You will lead a team, promote products and promotions, and ensure a customer‑first, operation‑driven store with strong teamwork and data‑driven decisions. This role supports growth and community impact.

Qualifications

1–2 years of retail store management experience.
Strong communication, recruiting, operations, and scheduling skills.
Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
Ability to develop teammates and drive sales.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and store objectives.
Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team.
Promote products and promotions, leveraging in-store and curbside pickup.
Provide leadership to run an operationally sound store with customer-first selling.
Manage shrink, payroll hours, and associate scheduling.
Communicate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and feedback.
Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy.
Merchandise the store using planograms and launch promos on time.
Develop a high-performing, customer-focused team.
