Responsibilities

• Escort guests to their tables when needed.
• Review MVP program with all guests.
• Strong MVP Program knowledge.
• Review menus with guests and upsell to improve dining experience and raise check average; explain preparations.
• Write guests' food orders on order pads and repeat back.
• Input guests orders into POS system.
• Check with guests to ensure satisfaction and address issues.
• Check guests’ IDs to ensure age requirements.
• Collect payments from guests.
• Remove dishes and glasses and take to kitchen for cleaning.
• Clean and reset tables after dining.
• Assist host by answering phones, taking to-go orders, greeting, seating, and thanking guests.
• Perform cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, tidying server station, trash).
• Roll silverware, set up stations for next shift or large parties.
• Stock service areas with supplies (coffee, tea, beverages, napkins, etc.).
• Fill salt and pepper shakers and wipe table tents.
• Ask guests to leave a review.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers and customers.
