Cinemark is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to provide hands-on support for restaurant operations and guide Team Members in delivering quality guest service. You will ensure brand standards, manage cash handling, audits, and compliance with alcohol service laws.

The role emphasizes coaching, inventory oversight, and safety across shifts. Successful candidates typically have 1–2 years of supervisory restaurant experience, the Cinemark Accreditation training, and flexibility to work

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Completes basic food handling training and any required local/state certifications.
• Management staff serving alcohol must complete Safe Alcohol Service training.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to recruit, train, and lead others.
• Excellent guest service and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Trains and coaches Team Members to serve food and drinks to guests.
• Interacts verbally with Guests to create a friendly atmosphere.
• Performs administrative functions as assigned.
• Ensures cash handling procedures follow policy.
• Manages service of alcohol per laws and regulations.
• Conducts inventory and ordering as necessary.
• Accepts and audits deliveries.
• Assists in budgeting and cost management to increase profits.
• Addresses safety, security, and customer-service issues.
• Ensures compliance with dress code and brand standards.
