Job summary

Straight and Narrow is hiring a Residential Life Associate to supervise clients in a structured treatment setting. You will conduct 30-minute safety rounds, document behaviors, and support daily routines aligned with treatment goals.

The role requires staying on shift, ensuring a safe environment, and coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to promote recovery and accountability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with experience in social services.
• Experience in residential settings preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 days from hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and support to clients at all times.
• Maintain high visibility in client areas to provide structure and supervision.
• Assist/supervise clients in maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the facility.
• Follow established schedule to help clients attain internal structure.
• Document client rounds and behaviors accurately in the EHR.
• Maintain a safe, orderly environment and assist with daily operations.
