Job summary

Straight and Narrow is seeking a Residential Life Associate (Full-Time) to supervise clients in a structured treatment environment and support daily routines aligned with treatment goals.

Responsibilities include rounds every 30 minutes, maintaining a safe, orderly environment, and collaboration with clinical teams. Requires a high school diploma, CPR/First Aid, and a NJ driver's license with up to 5 points.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma / GED with experience in the social service or health field.
• Working towards CADC/Recovery Specialist; Addictions and Mental Health experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or obtainable within thirty (30) days from date of hire.
• Must have a driver's license valid in New Jersey with <=5 points and able to drive agency vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and support to clients at all times.
• Maintain high visibility in client areas to provide structure and supervision.
• Escort and monitor clients between units and facilities as required.
• Document client movements and incidents in EHR and Shift Reports.
• Ensure all documentation is included in the client’s physical chart or EHR.
