Job summary

Catholic Charities-Straight & Narrow Inc (SN) seeks a Residential Life Associate to supervise clients in a structured treatment setting. You will perform 30-minute safety rounds, document client behavior in the EHR, and coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, reliability, and the ability to follow shift rotations.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma / GED with experience in social services or health field.
• Working towards CADC; addictions and mental health experience preferred.
• Addictions and Mental Health experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and EHR.
• Driver's license valid in New Jersey and points not to exceed 5; ability to drive agency vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and support to clients at all times.
• Maintain high visibility to provide structure and supervision.
• Document client behavior in the EHR per Medicaid requirements.
• Ensure rounds are completed every 30 minutes and roster is accurate.
• Transport clients and supervise visits, maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
