Live Bryten is hiring a Leasing Consultant in Denver. You will welcome prospective residents, conduct tours, answer inquiries, and guide applicants through the leasing process, ensuring smooth move-ins and renewals.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, accurate documentation, and collaboration with maintenance and marketing to hit occupancy targets. On-site position with comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or related field preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close leases.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents and guests in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities.
• Assist prospective residents through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Process rental applications and lease renewals accurately.
• Respond to resident questions and service requests promptly.
• Support resident retention through service and engagement.
• Maintain organized resident files and leasing documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance to keep community appearance to high standards.
• Assist with marketing outreach to support occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
