Bryten is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Weatherhill, NC to create exceptional experiences for prospective and current residents. You will greet, tour, and guide applicants through the leasing process, handling applications, renewals, and related paperwork while coordinating with maintenance and marketing teams to achieve occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing experience or related field.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and close leases.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; property software preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents, current residents, and guests in person, by phone, and electronically.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities.
• Assist prospective residents through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Process rental applications, lease renewals, and related documentation accurately.
• Respond to resident questions, concerns, and service requests promptly.
• Support resident retention through exceptional customer service and community engagement.
• Maintain organized resident files and leasing documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure high community appearance standards.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and outreach to support occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
