The role involves monitoring life-safety systems, processing reports, handling deliveries, and coordinating with other departments while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Three months of related experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and assist visitors, prospective residents and families.
• Answer telephone calls.
• Monitor safety systems and investigate unusual activity as needed.
• Process reports for work orders, incidents and concerns.
• Receive packages and deliveries and handle as requested.
• Maintain sign-in/out logs for keys and gate passes.
• Assist other departments with administrative tasks.
• Respond to resident/family concerns promptly and professionally.
