Job summary

SRG Residential is hiring a Resident Services Coordinator/Concierge for Cupertino, CA. The role focuses on welcoming residents, delivering personalized service, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction through proactive engagement.

You will handle inquiries, coordinate events, and communicate community happenings while upholding fair housing standards and company policies. This is a full-time position requiring weekend availability and a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience with ability to pass fair housing exam.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal.
• Experience with file audits, customer service and resident engagement.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Knowledge of operations software used at the property level; Outlook, Internet software, EXCEL, and WORD.
• Current driver's license and auto insurance.
• Able to work weekends and overtime as job requires.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, guests and visitors as they arrive to our community.
• Provide a personalized experience, with emphasis on care and convenience for residents.
• Engage with residents, fostering positive relationships and meeting expectations.
• Respond to resident complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Act as the communication center providing residents with community happenings via portal and postings.
• Plan, promote and deliver resident events and activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve resident happiness and service.
