Transdev is seeking a part-time Reservationist/Customer Service Representative in New Carrollton, MD to schedule transportation and provide exceptional service. The role requires friendly, dependable individuals who prioritize safety and helping others, with the added context of a union-negotiated wage scale and benefits.

Starting pay is $21.00 per hour with progression to $36.60 per hour over a 7-year span.

Competenze

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of reservationist or customer service experience.
• Proficient with computers and data entry.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Able to work shifts or flexible schedules.
• DOT drug testing/physical if applicable.

Mansioni

• Answer customer calls and input ride information using a scheduling system.
• Enter new customer information and changes into the system.
• Data entry into spreadsheets and databases.
• Communicate late vehicle service and verify No Shows with customers.
• Resolve service-related complaints.
• Create daily route maps of reservations for drivers.
• Perform other duties as required.
