Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a part‑time Territory Sales Associate to work remotely with travel across designated store locations. You will visit 6–10+ accounts daily, drive your own vehicle, and ensure top product distribution while building displays.

The role operates 20–25 hours weekly, with core hours aligning 6:00am–4:00pm, Mon–Fri. Starting pay ranges from $15.50 to $16.50 per hour, depending on skill and location.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid US state issued driver’s license.
• Must have a personal vehicle in sound operating condition.
• Must maintain auto insurance adequate for business use.
• Must reside or be willing to commute within the territory as listed.
• Experience in sales or merchandising is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of Hershey items in assigned territory.
• Increase distribution through retail merchandising and permanent displays.
• Report weekly activity, expenses, and account changes.
• Capture daily activities using a tablet and submit reports.
• Travel to multiple retailers within territory; variable territory size.
