Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Territory Sales Associate to work remotely while traveling across an assigned territory in the United States. This part-time role (20-25 hours/week) involves selling, merchandising, and maintaining 100% distribution of Hershey items, with mileage reimbursed at 62¢/mile.

You will visit 6–10+ accounts daily, align with store priorities, and support the Retail Execution Plan. Requires a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must have valid US driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Must reside within the listed territory or be willing to commute.
• Experience in food merchandising is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sell and ensure best in class merchandising across assigned stores.
• Build displays and increase distribution of top selling Hershey items.
• Replenish permanent secondary displays and execute retail plans.
• Report weekly activity, expenses, and account changes.
• Travel within territory and call on 6–10+ accounts per day.
