The Hershey Company is seeking a Part-Time Territory Sales Associate to support selling priorities, retail execution, and in-store merchandising across assigned stores. This remote role travels to locations, builds displays, and helps expand product distribution.

You'll work 20–25 hours per week, typically 6–10+ accounts per day, with core hours 6:00am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday. A personal vehicle and insurance are required, and mileage is reimbursed at $0.62 per mile.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 3–4 years food merchandising experience preferred.
• Must have reliable personal vehicle and valid insurance.

Responsabilités

• Develop retail priorities before each store call and align with store/region goals.
• Execute retail plans and merchandising displays at assigned stores.
• Report weekly activity, expenses and account changes in the territory.
• Visit 6–10+ accounts daily, driving to locations within the territory.
