Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a valid US state issued driver's license.
• Must have a personal vehicle in sound operating condition.
• Must maintain personal auto insurance with required minimums for business use.
• Must reside or be willing to commute within the territory boundaries.
• Must be able to drive long distances for daily calls.
• Must be able to lift 10-40 lbs regularly.
• Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop and use manual dexterity.
• Must be able to use tablet technology.
• Must have daily wireless internet access.
• Must be flexible and adaptable to territory changes.
• Availability to work 20-25 hours per week.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 3-4 years food merchandising preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of Hershey items in the assigned territory.
• Achieve merchandising objectives using Permanent Secondary Displays and other plan fixtures.
• Report weekly activity, expenses, account changes, promotions, and administrative tasks.
• Report daily activities through a tablet and submit at day end.
• Sales territory size and location vary.
