Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Continuous Part-Time Territory Sales Associate to flex your selling skills while representing leading Hershey brands. You will drive customer visits in your assigned territory, build displays, replenish permanent secondary displays, and help increase item distribution across stores.

This role is remote, but requires frequent travel to store locations and driving your personal vehicle 55+ miles per day. 20-25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid US state issued driver's license.
• Must have a personal vehicle in sound operating condition.
• Must maintain personal auto insurance indicating minimum coverage.
• Must reside or be willing to commute within the territory boundaries as listed.
• Must be able to drive long distances to make multiple sales calls daily.
• Must be able to lift 10-40 lbs regularly.
• Must be able to use tablet technology and have daily internet access.
• 20-25 hours per week availability.

Responsibilities

• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of all Hershey Items in the territory.
• Execute retail priorities and merchandising plans with retailers.
• Build displays and increase distribution, replenish secondary displays.
• Report weekly activity, expenses, and account changes.
• Visit 6-10+ accounts per day and use tablets for reporting.
