Qualifikationen

• High school graduate or GED. Associate Degree Preferred.
• Minimum two years' experience as a Medical Practice Business Associate or similar healthcare role.
• Proficient in typing, Windows, and experience with multiple computer systems.

Aufgaben

• As a Medical Business Specialist (Receptionist), you are the first point of contact for patients & their families.
• You will obtain/verify all required patient and insurance information and enter the information into the registration system.
• You will schedule patient appointments which may include return office visits, referrals, diagnostic testing/procedures.
• You will set the tone forthe visit! You will greet patients professionally in person and over the telephone and respond effectively to patients and their families.
