Job summary

Storage Scholars is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for a part-time seasonal role that is fully remote. You will guide students and families through move-in/move-out, storage, and shipping options while promoting additional services.

As a member of the Customer Experience Team, you will handle inquiries, provide estimates, book orders online, and nurture referrals. Flexible hours during peak season (March–September) are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence customers.
• 1-2 years of customer-facing experience preferred (retail, hospitality, or similar).
• Ability to learn new software and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound leads from form submissions and calls.
• Make proactive calls to existing/former customers to promote services.
• Provide service estimates via call, SMS, and email.
• Guide customers through the online booking flow for moves.
• Promote upgrades and generate referrals.
