Storage Scholars is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (Part Time Seasonal) to guide students and families in move-in/move-out, storage, and shipping options. You will be part of the Customer Experience team, connecting customers with our services and ensuring a smooth process throughout.

The role emphasizes exceptional communication, sales instincts, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while handling calls, emails, and portal-based bookings.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound leads from form submissions and calls.
• Make proactive calls to existing and former customers to promote service usage.
• Provide service estimates for customers via call, SMS, and email.
• Guide customers through their order flow in our online portal to book moves.
• Promote additional services and service upgrades, and generate referrals.
