Job summary

Storage Scholars LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (Part Time Seasonal) for a fully remote role that supports students moving in and out of residence halls. You will act as a consultative guide, linking customers to our move-in, storage, and shipping solutions while collaborating with the Customer Experience Team.

The role is 15–25 hours per week on average, with up to 40 hours during March–May and potential scheduling on evenings and weekends during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound leads from both lead form submissions and inbound calls.
• Make proactive phone calls to existing and former customers to promote service usage.
• Provide service estimates for customers via call, SMS, and email.
• Guide customers through their order flow in our online portal to book their moves.
• Promote additional services and service upgrades to customers, as well as generate referrals.
