Job summary

Storage Scholars is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (Part Time Seasonal, Remote) to guide customers through student move-in/out, storage, and shipping services. You will serve as a consultative link between customers and the services we offer, aiding understanding of pricing and the online portal.

The role supports a flexible schedule (15–25 hours/week), with up to 40 hours during peak season (March–May). Start date 1/25/27 and contract end 9/13/27.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound leads from both lead form submissions and inbound calls.
• Make proactive phone calls to existing and former customers to promote service usage.
• Provide service estimates for customers via call, SMS, and email.
• Guide customers through their order flow in our online portal to book their moves.
• Promote additional services and service upgrades to customers, as well as generate referrals.
