Job summary

Storage Scholars LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (Part Time Seasonal) to guide customers through move-in/move-out, storage, and shipping options. Remote work is available, with 15–25 hours per week on average and up to 40 hours during peak season.

You will handle inbound inquiries, call on warm leads, and drive service adoption with consultative selling. Responsibilities include estimating costs, guiding customers through the online portal, and promoting upgrades and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound leads from both lead form submissions and inbound calls.
• Make proactive phone calls to existing and former customers to promote service usage.
• Provide service estimates for customers via call, SMS, and email.
• Guide customers through their order flow in our online portal to book their moves.
• Promote additional services and service upgrades to customers, as well as generate referrals.
