• Facilitates communication with the health care team via multi-line telephones and paging.
• Maintains EMR and other systems for orders and patient charges.
• Compiles chart forms for admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Verifies patient records and registration details are complete.
• Maintains positive customer relations and supports a harmonious work environment.
