PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking a Unit Clerk to support the nursing team in a long-term care setting. You will greet visitors, route calls, fax orders, and help keep patient charts up to date.

The role includes transferring vital signs and scheduling physician visits, with responsibilities shared across shifts on an every-other-weekend basis. Qualifications include a high school degree or equivalent with coursework in college or business school.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent with college/business school coursework required.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, screen and forward incoming calls to the appropriate party.
• Fax physicians' orders and deliver faxed documents to the appropriate party.
• Transfer daily vital signs and weights from assignment sheet to patients' charts.
• Schedule physician appointments for patients and relay information to the nursing team.
