Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follows infection control policies consistently.
• Operates and maintains equipment safely; logs monthly maintenance.
• Ensures EOC meets JCAHO standards at all times.
• Assists therapists by performing tasks under supervision.
• Communicates treatment plans and patient status with therapists.
• Interacts professionally with patients and families; explains procedures.
• Collaborates with other departments for interdisciplinary care.
• Documents treatment accurately and timely.
• Greet patients and provide necessary information for visits.
• Schedules and reschedules patient appointments at Rehabilitation Services and satellites.
• Assist with billing tasks: collect payments and post payments.
• Manage clinic inventory and fax documents to insurers/physicians.
