The position requires strong hospitality operations experience, exceptional leadership, and a flexible mindset to cover evenings, weekends and on-call emergencies as part of a 24/7 operation in the Boston area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality or operations management, preferably multi-site.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities across sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at multiple properties within the Boston region.
• Hire, train, and support concierge, courtesy patrol, and porter teams.
• Conduct site visits to ensure service delivery meets brand standards.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication.
• Lead performance reviews, check-ins, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Onboard new team members and support property startups.
• Provide emergency response coverage; 24/7 operations require flexibility.
• Partner with internal departments on staffing, scheduling and payroll.
