Job summary

Qualifications

• Lived recovery experience required or strongly preferred.
• CPSRP Certification from Advocacy Unlimited, Recovery Coach CCAR, or equivalent required or within 6 months of hire.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Assists clients in identifying and advocating their recovery goals.
• Utilizes motivational interventions to educate and support recovery strategies.
• Conducts program specific assessments and screens as indicated.
• Collaborates with clients to create individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
• Provides skills teaching and crisis intervention or de-escalation as needed.
• Maintains documentation in compliance with agency standards.
• Transports clients as required by the program.
