Job summary

Dave Wright Nissan Subaru in Iowa is seeking a part-time Receptionist to support the front desk during evening and weekend shifts. You will operate the switchboard, greet callers professionally, and provide basic information to inquiries.

Part Time Receptionist Hours

Monday Evenings, 5:00pm-8:00pm

Thursday Evenings, 5:00pm-8:00pm

Saturdays, 8:00am-4:00pm

Part Time Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Operate switchboard telephone system
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
• Provide basic information to callers who have general inquires
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Work with department managers on a daily basis
• Other administrative duties as assigned, including office work and data entry

Part Time Receptionist Requirements:
