Dave Wright Nissan Subaru in Iowa is celebrating a HEALTHY, no-experience-required opportunity for a Sales Associate. We provide extensive hands-on training that introduces you to a low-pressure sales process and a clear path to career growth in automotive retail.

You will network in the community, schedule appointments, listen to customer needs, and guide guests toward the best vehicle choice while delivering a positive buying experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to listen and persuade customers toward best choice.
• Willingness to learn and grow in automotive sales.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Network in the community and proactively reach out to prospective buyers.
• Schedule appointments.
• Serve guests by listening to their vehicle needs and guiding them toward the best option.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with guests to encourage repeat business.
• Provide a low-pressure buying experience from start to finish and help with objections, negotiation, and closing.
