Dave Wright Nissan Subaru is hiring a Part Time Receptionist in Hiawatha, IA. The role focuses on operating the front desk switchboard, delivering friendly, efficient caller support, and handling basic inquiries while coordinating with various departments.

Ideal candidates possess strong communication and organizational skills, experience with Microsoft Office, and the ability to multitask with customers, vendors and staff. A drug screen and background check are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate switchboard telephone system.
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize hold time.
• Provide basic information to callers with general inquiries.
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient with customers and employees.
• Work with department managers daily; assist with additional administrative duties including data entry.

Part Time Receptionist Hours

Monday Evenings, 5:00pm-8:00pm

Thursday Evenings, 5:00pm-8:00pm

Saturdays, 8:00am-4:00pm

Part Time Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Operate switchboard telephone system
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
• Provide basic information to callers who have general inquires
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Work with department managers on a daily basis
• Other administrative duties as assigned, including office work and data entry

Part Time Receptionist Requirements:
