Job summary

Dave Wright Nissan Subaru in Hiawatha, IA, is hiring for Part-Time or Full-Time Lot Associate to support daytime operations Monday–Friday. You’ll detail and prep vehicles for delivery, keep the lot tidy, and assist the sales team while maintaining a positive attitude.

No degree required; must pass background/drug screening and have a valid driver’s license. We offer a friendly team, regular perk events, and a no-overnight policy.

Qualifications

• Friendly, customer-focused demeanor required.
• Reliable and responsible with good time management.
• Strong communication skills for customers and team.
• Attention to detail in vehicle prep and display.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods.
• Able to work both indoors and outdoors.
• Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and detailing vehicles for customer delivery.
• Stocking and using cleaning materials and supplies.
• Maintain orderly lot and vehicle display; keep showroom clean.
• Multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Work under pressure with a positive attitude.
• Assist the automotive sales team as needed.
• Follow up on detail-oriented tasks.

• Cleaning and detailing new and used vehicles for customer delivery
• Stocking and using cleaning materials and supplies
• Maintaining an orderly lot and vehicle display, as well as a clean shop and showroom appearance
• Multi-tasking, prioritizing & managing your time in an organized way
