Kennedy ABA is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy in the Siler City, NC area, primarily during late afternoon and some weekend hours. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and opportunity to make a meaningful impact with children and their families.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Ability to work weekday evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting.
