Job summary

Kennedy ABA in North Carolina is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home ABA therapy with afternoon shifts and some weekend hours. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and a supportive team.

You will work 1:1 with clients, implement BCBA-created plans, collect data, and collaborate with families while maintaining a safe and engaging session environment. A valid RBT certification and ABA experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active and valid RBT certification
• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy
• Reliable transportation for local travel
• Ability to work weekday evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Collect accurate data and track client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging session environment
