Kennedy ABA in North Carolina is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy during late afternoons and some weekends. This part-time role offers flexible hours, supportive teammates, and opportunities for professional growth.

You will implement treatment plans created by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families to help children reach their full potential. A valid RBT certification and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification and ABA therapy experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and track client progress.
