Job summary

Kennedy ABA is seeking a qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy in the North Carolina area. The role supports families and children in the home environment, following treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

You will collect data, monitor progress, and collaborate with families to ensure engaging and effective sessions. The position offers flexible, part-time hours with weekday evenings and some weekend work, paid training, certification support, and

Qualifications

• Active and valid RBT certification.
• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy (required).
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Ability to work weekday evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and track client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging session environment.
